Delete a field group

If a field group is no longer required, you can delete it from your project by following these steps:

  1. Expand the Project Tree and select the class that contains the field to be deleted.
  2. Optionally, view the class contents if they are not already displayed.

    The hidden class contents are displayed.

  3. Select the field group to be deleted.
  4. On the Design tab, in the Edit group, click Delete Delete icon.
    Note If there are any fields in the selected field group, these are deleted as well. If you want to delete the field group but not the fields, move them to another field group beforehand.
  5. When prompted, confirm the deletion of the field group and all of its fields.

    The selected field group and all of its fields are deleted from the project.
