Use the Advanced tab to define several threshold and distance values that control whether individual fields or the whole database record is matched.

Requirements for Single Fields

This group has the following options:

Min. confidence

This option defines the minimum confidence required for a single field in the database to be matched. The value for this option is set to 60 by default.

Min. distance

This option defines the minimum difference in confidence required between the first match of a single field and the second match with a difference value. The value for this option is set to 10 by default.

Requirements for Complete Record

This group has the following options:

Min. confidence

This option defines the minimum confidence required to match the whole database record. The value for this option is set to 60 by default.

Min. distance

This option defines the minimum difference in confidence that is required between the first database match of the complete record and the second match with a different value. The value for this option is set to 10 by default.
