Merge documents using the Thumbnails View

If you are using your Classification Set, it is extremely important that all documents are correct. If the documents were incorrectly separated, and a single document is mistaken as two separate documents, this may cause problems during processing. As a result, the two incorrect documents need to be merged back together into the correct document.

You can merge two documents by following these steps:

  1. Open the Documents window if it is not already open.
  2. If a different view is in use, switch to the Thumbnails view Documents Window - Thumbnails View icon.
  3. Select the desired document or page from the list of documents that is incorrectly split from the previous document.
  4. Right-click on the document or page and select Merge with Previous Document from the shortcut menu.

    The selected document or page is now merged to the previous document.

  5. Optionally, repeat the previous steps until the document set is correctly organized.
