Create documents and folders

If a document contains a page that is located in the wrong document, you can move it to a new document.

The new document is created as the last document in the batch, or folder if foldering is enabled. As classification result the default class is assigned if it is defined and all documents fields are empty, or the document is initially unclassified. All document fields are empty.

If a document is located in the wrong folder, you can create a new folder and move the document into it in one step. The new folder is created as the last folder to the parent folder. For the moved document the classification result and existing field values are kept; only folder fields that are defined on the level of the created folder are empty.
