Add keywords to an Amount Group Locator

In an Amount Group Locator, on the Document Type tab, if you enable the Keyword option, the locator searches for the word "Invoice" for on an invoice document. If these words are not displayed on your documents, overwrite them so that the locator searches for the correct words.

Add keywords that uniquely identify a document as either an invoice or a letter of credit. This means that you can classify a document as an invoice without the document containing the word "Invoice."

You can add keywords to an Amount Group Locator by following these steps:

  1. Open the locator properties.
  2. Click the Document Type tab.
  3. Select the Enable option.

    The Keywords group becomes active, allowing you to configure keywords.

  4. In the Keywords group, click Add.

    The system adds a keyword entry to the table. The entry has default values for you to edit.

  5. In the Keyword column, enter a value.
  6. In the Weight column, enter a value between -100 and 100.
  7. From the Type list, select the value to use.
  8. Optionally, modify other settings as needed.
  9. Open a test document and click Test to test your settings.
  10. Optionally, click Close to close the locator properties window.
  11. Save the changes to your project.
