Use these properties to configure a validation rule for single fields.

General

This group has the following options:

Validation rule makes uncertain extraction results valid

Select this option if you want to force an extraction result that has a low confidence to be valid. You should use this option only if the assigned validation methods are sufficient and strong enough to eliminate incorrect values. This option is cleared by default.

Validation Methods

This group has the following buttons:

Field

Select the field that you are validating with these settings.

Icon	Name and Description
	Add Validation Method Adds a new validation method. The Validation Method window opens so you can select an existing validation method or configure a new one. The Single Field Validation Rule can use only the following validation methods: Standard Validation Date Validation Regular Expression Validation Single Field Script Validation
	Delete Validation Method Removes the selected validation method from the validation rule.
	Move Up Moves the selected validation rule up the list so it is performed earlier in the sequence of execution.
	Move Down Moves the selected validation rule down the list so it is performed later in the sequence of execution.
