Delete problem reporting comments

When you no longer need a comment, the best practice is to delete it from the list of preconfigured comments. If you keep irrelevant comments, a Validation user can select the even if it no longer applies. As a result, you can remove a comment from your list by following these steps:

  1. On the Project tab, in the Configuration group, select Project Settings Project Settings icon.
  2. On the General tab, in the Online Learning group, click Advanced.

    The Advanced Online Learning Options window is displayed.

  3. In the Problem Reporting Settings group, select the row in the Standard Comments For Problem Reporting table to delete and click Delete.

    The row is removed from the table.

  4. Optionally, repeat these steps to delete additional comments.
  5. When finished, click OK to close the Advanced Online Learning Options window and save your changes.
  6. Optionally, click OK to close the Project Settings window.
