Add an evaluation step

If the existing evaluation steps are not sufficient, you can add a new one by following these steps:

  1. Open the locator properties.
  2. Click the Evaluation Settings tab and select the vertical subfield tab to modify.
  3. Click Add a new evaluation step Add icon.

    A blank step appears at the bottom of the evaluation steps for the selected subfield.

  4. Configure the new evaluation step.
  5. Repeat the previous steps until you finish adding the needed steps.
  6. Open a test document and click Test to test your settings.
  7. Optionally, click Close to close the locator properties window.
  8. Save the changes to your project.
