Comparing benchmark results requires two saved classification benchmarks of the same type. You can compare two benchmark set benchmarks, or two Classification Training Set benchmarks generated for the same classification type. You cannot compare a Benchmark Set against the classification training set. You cannot compare a benchmark that was run using the project classification settings against a benchmark that was run for a specific classifier. For example, you cannot compare the classification benchmark results between the Layout Classifier with those of an Adaptive Feature Classifier.

You can also change the benchmark baseline.

Once you save at least two classification benchmark files of the same type, the Compare Benchmark option becomes available on the Classification Benchmark window toolbar. Clicking this option enables you to select "Compare Reference Benchmarks" or "Compare Training Benchmarks".
