Default shortcut and hot keys

The table of default shortcut and hot keys contains the following columns:

Menu

This column lists the menu items from the main menu. The menu item "Custom" is a customizable menu item that may contain user-defined commands. It is displayed in Document Review only if custom menus are enabled and configured.

Command

This column lists the commands that can have shortcut keys and hot keys assigned.

Shortcut Key

This column has key combinations that users can press to have quick access to the selected command. The shortcut keys to delete or copy and paste pages and documents only function if your project administrator has configured it for a batch class.

Hot Key

This column lists a key that users can press to have quick access to the selected command.

Important The Enter key is assigned by default to two different commands: to confirm a class for a document and to navigate to the next problem document. The action that is taken when you press "Enter" depends on the current selection. If you assign "Enter" to another command it is removed from both previous assignments and can be used only as hot key for one command.
