Delete an anchor

Remove unused anchors from your project to keep other users from mistaking the anchors as part of a valid configuration by following these steps:

  1. Open the locator properties.
  2. Click the Anchoring tab.
  3. Select the anchor to delete.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.

    The anchor and its zone mapping instructions are deleted.

  6. Open a test document and click Test to test your settings.
  7. Optionally, click Close to close the locator properties window.
  8. Save the changes to your project.
