Adding a dictionary as a keyword for an Invoice Header Locator

In addition to adding a keyword to improve the level of confidence for returned alternatives, you can add a dictionary as a keyword. The dictionary can contain multiple keywords, eliminating the need to add keywords individually, and you can add it by following these steps:

  1. Open the locator properties.
  2. Select one of the following tabs:
    • Invoice Number

    • Invoice Date

    • Order Number

    • Order Date

  3. On the selected tab, select Dictionary.
  4. Click the dictionaries arrow next to the Keyword box.

    A list of available dictionaries is displayed. If needed, you can click on the global dictionary settings to add a new dictionary.

  5. Select a dictionary from the list and click Add Add icon.
  6. Enter a Weight or use the slider to adjust the value.
  7. Optionally, add more dictionaries as keywords.
  8. Open a test document and click Test to test your settings.
  9. Optionally, click Close to close the locator properties window.
  10. Save the changes to your project.
