Kofax ReadSoft Invoices cannot find a word within a field

Double-click the missing word in the invoice image. If Kofax ReadSoft Invoices displays “no object area found”, it means that this word was not found by Kofax ReadSoft Invoices.

Solution

This field must be learned manually in the Optimize so that Kofax ReadSoft Invoices can find the field. Select Invoice > Save to Optimize. When prompted to comment, specify what the problem was, and that the field position should be set to fixed.
