Your Kofax ReadSoft Invoices license is either based on time, the number of invoices you can process with it, or both. To see when your license needs to be updated:

Open any Kofax ReadSoft Invoices module, and select Help > About Kofax ReadSoft Invoices.

Open any Kofax ReadSoft Invoices module, and select Help > About Kofax ReadSoft Invoices > System info.

• If the license is based on time, the Valid until value tells you the date when the license begins and when it ends.
• If the license is based on volume, the Capacity value indicates the total number of invoices that can be processed with it. The number in brackets also indicates how many invoices have already been processed using the license. For example, if the numbers displayed are 100000 [9853], it means the license can be used to process 100000 invoices, and 9853 of them are already processed.
  Note In a system with a volume-based license, you are notified in the log view when you have used up 70%, 80%, 90%, and 95% of the license capacity.
