Archive paper invoices

Use batches to make it easier to find paper invoices later on.

After you scan each batch, keep the paper invoices together and archive them together with the batch report that was printed.

Each invoice or set in a batch is identified by unique batch data, for example, the batch number and the invoice number within the batch.

If you know the batch data for an invoice, you can easily find the original paper invoice if you want to examine it for any reason.
