The Edit column dialog

To access this dialog:

  1. Using Manager, select Settings > Inbox configuration to display the Inbox configuration dialog.
  2. Click Edit columns to display the Edit columns dialog.
  3. Click Add, or select a column and click Edit.

Use this dialog when defining what columns to display in the invoice list in an inbox.

This is an optional part of creating (or adjusting) an inbox.

Column caption The title of the column, if you choose not to use the default title
Column data The information that will be listed in the column.
User-defined variable name

Type the name of a user-defined variable that you created using the API (see "UserDefinedVariable object" topic in API help for more information), if you selected User-defined variable in the Column data box.
