Move image files after transfer

After Interpret is run, by default the invoice image files are stored in the INVOICES\Images\ident or INVOICES\Images\error directory.

You can specify that the images are to be moved to another directory after transfer. You specify this separately for each invoice status. You can specify different handling for invoices with different status.

If you do not move the images as described here, they will remain where they are until you move them or delete them using any method you choose outside of Kofax ReadSoft Invoices.

  1. In the Transfer job description, in the Status settings, select an invoice status to process in Transfer.
  2. Select Move image files.
  3. In the edit box under Move image files, specify the path of the directory that the image files should be moved to.
  4. Repeat the above steps for other invoice statuses to be processed in Transfer.
