Paper jam

If Scan's Operator control dialog indicates that there is a paper jam:

  1. Double-click the thumbnail image of the last invoice page that was scanned, to see which page it was.
  2. Clear the paper path.
  3. Clear the error status on the scanner's control interface (refer to the scanner's manual).
  4. Put the pages that were not scanned into the scanner so you do not miss any pages.
  5. Click Continue.
