Adjust the field order for Verify

You can specify the order in which fields are displayed in the Verifying dialog.

If you are using a Verify job description

  1. Create or open a Verify job description.
  2. Click Verify order to display the Verify order settings.
  3. Select a field profile whose order you want to change.
  4. Click the Up and Down arrows to move your selection to the desired position.
  5. Repeat until all the field profiles appear in the order you want to verify them.

If you are using an inbox

This is an optional part of creating (or adjusting) an inbox.

  1. Using Manager, select Settings > Inbox configuration to display the Inbox configuration dialog.
  2. Click Edit Verify field order to display the Verify field order dialog.
  3. Select the invoice profile you want to configure.
  4. In Verify field order, the fields are displayed in the order in which they appear in the Verify module. Select the field you want to move higher or lower in the list, and click or to move the field.
  5. Repeat until all the field profiles appear in the order you want to verify them.
