Placeholders in auto-endorse prefix strings: Kodak scanners

Applies to many Kodak scanner models, for example those in the i200 series, i600 series, i800 series, model i1860, and others. Models 3520 and 4500 are described separately, as are 1500 and 2500.

This table lists placeholder and formatting characters that you can use in the Prefix string setting when your scanner’s Auto endorse function is enabled. If you want a counter to be included in the endorsed string, you must use a placeholder for the counter.

The prefix string can include a combination of format specifiers (with modifiers) and messages. A message is any sequence of characters that is not separated by a format specifier.

A maximum of 6 messages are allowed and each must not exceed 20 characters.
