Add a task to a configuration

You can add multiple tasks to a configuration to define different AutoStore processes.
  1. On the ribbon, click the Add button.
  2. In the Task Properties dialog box type a name for the configuration in the Name and configure other properties as necessary.
    For information about task options in this dialog box, see Task Properties dialog box.
    This creates a new configuration with a single task.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Add and configure components to define an AutoStore process.
  5. On the Home tab of the ribbon, click the Save button to save changes to the configuration.
A task tab is added to the bottom of the of the task editor window. You can add multiple tasks to a configuration.
To run workflows defined by a task when you click Start to start the AutoStore service, the Active check box must be selected for the task in the Task Properties dialog box.
To open the properties for an existing task, make sure that the task shows in the editor window, and then click the Properties button on the Home tab of the ribbon.
