Set Document Owner - Guest dialog box

This dialog box is opened when you add a Set Document Owner to Guest User action to a business rule. This defines actions when you select a Guest User for document owner.

Option Description
Group Specify an existing group or define a new group for the Guest User. The default Guest User group defines a default set of permissions for this category.
Department Specify an existing department or define a new department for the Guest User.
Card ID Specify the Prefix and number of random digits for cards that will be recognized as guest users.
PIN Select this check box and specify the number of random digits in PINs.
Notify new Guest Users of Card ID and/or PIN via email Select this check box to send an email that contains the Card ID and/or PIN information for a new Guest User.
Remid existing Guest Users of Card ID and/or PIN via email Select this check box to send an email that contains the Card ID and/or PIN information for an existing Guest User.
Email profile Specifies the email profile to use to notify or remind users.
To Specifies [From Dmail].
Subject Specifies the subject line for emails sent to a new or existing Guest User.
Message Specifies the message content for emails sent to a new or existing Guest User.
