Configure Business Connect Server Configuration Manager - Printing Services tab

Configure the Business Connect Server to enable it to communicate with other ControlSuite components.

Follow these steps to setup ControlSuite enrollment and to configure ControlSuite services.

  1. Go to the Start menu and launch Business Connect Server Configuration Manager.
  2. In the Business Connect Server Configuration Manager window select the Printing Services tab.
  3. Verify Service address in the ControlSuite Enrollment section. This is the URL for the server where ControlSuite is installed.
  4. Verify that Client enrollment status is set to Enrolled.
  5. Go to the ControlSuite Service section and click the Discover button.
    This will allow Business Connect to establish connections with the appropriate servers for Device Management, Print Job Management, Document Store, and Print Job Submission.
  6. Click the Validate button.
    This will allow Business Connect to confirm that it is able to successfully communicate with each of the discovered servers. A green check mark next to each server shows that it has been successfully validated.
