Cover Sheet tab

Use this tab to set cover sheet attributes.

Option Description
Use cover sheet

Select this check box to add cover sheets to the sent faxes. If this check box is not selected, the faxes are be sent without cover sheets.

This check box in enabled only when the Default options is not selected.

Default options Select this check box to use the default options for cover sheet settings that are predefined on the RightFax server. It is selected by default.
Cover sheet file

Specify the file to be used as a template for the cover sheet, listed from available cover sheet templates on the RightFax server. The list contains two columns, the ID and the name of the cover sheet template.

This check box in enabled only when the Default options is not selected.

You can use RRT in this combo box and the value must be a cover sheet template ID.

Cover sheet notes Enter the text to be used in the Notes section of the cover sheet. You can use RRT in this field.
