Set up your first print job in Output Manager

At this point in the deployment workflow, you should already have a fully functioning installation. To verify this, create and configure an Output Manager print job and test it on your device.

With Output Manager, the client is able to handle the following print release configurations and attributes:

  • Select one document at a time

  • Select multiple documents

  • Delete jobs

  • Refresh job list

  • Show and release queued jobs in order

  • Pre-select a single job

  • View print job details

  • Reprint retained documents

  • Automatic device failover

  • Guest printing via email

  • Delegate printing

  • Display destination-specific documents only

  • Set print preferences
