Use this tab for configuring the general server properties for folders and routed documents

Option	Description
Windream path	Specify a path to a folder on the Windream server. This folder will be used by the component as a root folder. You can specify the folder path manually or click the browse button (...) and to navigate to the desired folder in the tree.
New folder path	If you want to create a new folder, specify the path to it in this text box. If you don't want to create a new folder, leave this text box blank.
New folder object type	Specify the type of Windream object that will be assigned to all the folders created by the component. Configuring of Windream objects are performed on the Index Table tab.
Document object type	Specify the Windream object type that will be assigned to uploaded documents.
Rename schema	Specify the renaming schema for uploaded documents. If this field is left blank, the component won't perform document renaming.
Replace invalid characters with "_"	Select this check box if you want to replace all invalid characters with the underscore mark. According to the Windows convention, The following lists contains the invalid characters according to the Windows convention: /, ?, <, >, \ ,:, *, \| ,”, com1, com2, com3, com4, com5, com6, com7, com8, com9, lpt1, lpt2, lpt3, lpt4, lpt5, lpt6, lpt7, lpt8, lpt9, con, nul, and prn.
Overwrite existing file	Select this check box, if you want to overwrite the file in case, when the file with the same name exists in the target folder. When this check box is selected, the Create new version check box is disabled.
Create new version	Select this check box, if you want to add a new version of the file, in case, when the file with the same name exists in the target folder. This check box is enabled only, when Overwrite existing file is not selected.
