Component RRT ID

The RRT ID for this component is WJS.

Reserved Replacement Tag Names (RRTN)

All fields are available as Runtime-Replacement-Text (RRTs) and can be used in the workflow’s component configurations.

The following table describes the reserved RTN values for this component:

Name Tag Description
Workflow Job Identifier ~WJS::WorkflowJobId~ An incremented number assigned to each submitted job. The identifier is forever unique on a system.
Document Name ~WJS::DocumentName~ The name for the document name specified by the source.
Document Type ~WJS::DocumentType~ The type of document specified by the source.
File Name ~WJS::FileName~ The full path and file name of the document stored on the system.

The following examples provide sample usage for your reference:

~WJS::DocumentName~ is replaced with the value "Untitled.docx" if the original documentum name was "Untitled.docx".

~WJS::FileName~ is replaced with the value “Accounting” if the original file name was “Accounting”.

This component does not support any FRTN values.

This component supports the Date/Time tag names listed below:

%d Day of month as 2-digit decimal number (01 – 31)
%H Hour in 24-hour format (00 – 23)
%I Hour in 12-hour format (01 – 12)
%j Day of year as decimal number (001 – 366)
%m Month as decimal number (01 – 12)
%M Minute as decimal number (00 – 59)
%p Current locale’s A.M./P.M. indicator for 12-hour clock
%S Second as decimal number (00 – 59)
%U Week of year as decimal number, with Sunday as first day of week (00 – 53)
%w Weekday as decimal number (0 – 6; Sunday is 0)
%W Week of year as decimal number, with Monday as first day of week (00 – 53)
%y Year without century, as decimal number (00 – 99)
%Y Year with century, as decimal number
