Follow-You Printing screen

The Follow-You Printing screen displays jobs that are available for printing for you as the logged on user and any jobs that are delegated to you. (See Delegate printing support for more information.) Jobs are listed in the order they were received by the device.

You can select or unselect a single, multiple or all the jobs they want to print. If there is only one job, it is selected by default. To select or clear all documents, select the checkbox on the header, to the left of Print Jobs.

The summary for the selected jobs like number of pages and documents and the cost appears at the bottom right corner of the screen.

You can then select options for printing.

Print

If a print job exceeds your balance or quotas defined in Equitrac, an error appears and the job is not printed.
