View custom reports

To view your personal account reports, do the following:

  1. In User Dashboard, click the Reports tab.
  2. In Available reports, select and generate one of the following reports:
    • Account statement
    • Detailed activity by network user
    • Detailed activity by user account
    • Detailed activity for queued documents by user account
    • Detailed activity for routed documents by user account

    The list of reports is generated for the first time when the logged-in user selects the Reports tab. Later, this list is reused for the current user session while the user is not logged-out. Thus, when the user selects this tab again in the same user session, the previously downloaded list of reports is displayed.

  3. In Available Reports, click View selected report to review the currently selected report. The report is opened in another browser tab or web page (depending on the browser's settings) and the User Dashboard page appears.
  4. Select Site report from the Report type list.
  5. Enter a Description for the report and select the Allow users to run this report from user’s personal webpage checkbox.
  6. Click Finish to save the custom report.
