Configuring SecureAccess Device Prompts

If you want to prompt users for batch release of all jobs and you are not using the Follow-You printing applet, To configure your MFP for SecureAccess device prompts using the following steps:

  1. In Web System Manager, navigate to Global Configuration Settings > Devices > Embedded devices.
  2. Select Xerox Secure Access from the Device type drop-down list.
  3. In the Device prompts section enter a Title and Login prompt to be displayed on the device login screen.
  4. Click Enable secondary prompt if two-factor authentication is required.
  5. Select Enable release all jobs prompt to prompt users for batch release of all jobs without using the Follow-You Printing applet.
  6. If you change the Title or Login prompt, you will need to initialize each device again. See Configuring Embedded Devices.
  7. Click Save to save the changes.
