Working with User Dashboard

User Dashboard is available for Equitrac users only after logging-in to the Web Client.

It is recommended to add the Windows user running the IIS application pool (named "Equitrac") of Web Client to the Admin group in Windows System Manager (see Configure application-level permissions).

If only Windows credentials are available, User Dashboard is inaccessible:

  • If only the User Dashboard application is installed, a web page opens after logging and displays an error message.
  • If User Dashboard is installed and only one application is installed for Windows users (for example, Scan Client or Web System Manager), that application starts automatically.
  • If User Dashboard is installed and more than one other application working only with Windows accounts (for example, Scan Client and Web System Manager) is also installed, the Landing page of Web Client appears without User Dashboard in the list of applications.
  • If the URL of User Dashboard is typed in, User Dashboard does not start. Instead, the Landing page or the error message is displayed depending on the other installed applications.
