How to add a form from a template

Use this procedure to use a form template. A form template allows you to save form settings and reuse them to create new forms.

  1. Open the Unified MFD properties dialog box if it is not open already.
    To do this, either double-click the Unified MFD capture icon in a task or right-click the icon and click Properties on the shortcut menu.
  2. On the Groups tab, click the group or menu where you want to add the form.
  3. On the menu bar, click Add Form > From Template.
  4. In the Template file box, enter the location of the template.
    This must specify a form template saved previously with the Save as Template command. See How to create a form template.
  5. If dynamic form was enabled, enter the location of the .NET script file associated to the template in the Dynamic Form script file box.
  6. Click Create.
