Delete existing sources

You can only have one Output Manager source to route documents from Output Manager to Equitrac. If there are any sources in the All Sources folder, you must delete these sources before you can add a new one for ControlSuite.
  1. In the Output Manager Console, click Sources.
  2. In the navigation pane, expand the All Sources folder. If there are any sources listed, delete all spooled or retained documents for these sources:
    1. Click an existing source to select it.
    2. In the Documents section, click the Spooled tab.
    3. Right-click on each spooled document and select Delete.
    4. Click the Retained tab.
    5. Right-click on each retained document and select Delete.
    6. Repeat these steps for each source.
  3. Once the spooled or retained documents are deleted, in the navigation pane under the All Sources folder, right-click on the sources and select Delete.
  4. When prompted, click Yes to confirm that you want to delete this source.
