Process tab
Use this tab to select the process, case, or case fragment during export and map the captured document values to process initialization variables. Based on the selection, all Kofax TotalAgility initialization variables for the selected process are displayed in the left column of the grid. Initialization variables for document and folder types are not displayed.

| Workflow | Select the type of the Kofax TotalAgility workflow to use.

| Category | Filters the processes, cases or case fragments by category. By default, all processes available on the TotalAgility server are displayed. |
| Process | Displays the names of processes, cases, or case fragments. |
| Case Ref | If you select a case or case fragment, specify a Case Ref value. You can
either enter static text in the Case Ref box or map an RRT
in the RRTs Mapping Grid. |
| Process Variables | List all Kofax TotalAgility initialization variables for the selected process. Initialization variables for document and folder types are not displayed. The Kofax TotalAgility component hides the process variables of Folder and Document types. so you cannot manually specify mapping of such variables. These variables are mapped automatically if the Create TotalAgility document option is selected on the Document tab. If the selected process does not contain initialization variables of Folder or Document type, the Kofax TotalAgility document cannot be configured for the process. |
| Kofax Mappings | Map the captured document values, RRTs or test constant to the Kofax
TotalAgility initialization variables of the selected process. Table fields and dynamic complex variables are not supported by AutoStore. An error message is displayed if you try to map a value to a dynamic complex variable or a table field. |
