Document tab

Use this tab to add documents to the process.

Option Description
Hide original Select this check box if you want that original documents are not passed to the subsequent components in the workflow.
Attach files Select this check box if you want to attach one or several files to the workflow.
Files to attach Enter the paths to the files that will be attached to the workflow.

The files should be separated by semicolon. You can enter them manually or click the browse button (...) to select the files.

You can specify the file masks with wildcard characters: * and ?. You can use RRTs in this text box.

This text box is enabled only if the Attach files check box is selected.

Preserve attached file(s) Select this check box if you want to keep the attached file(s) in the source path. Otherwise, these files will be deleted after the component attaches them to the workflow.

This check box is enabled only if the Attach files check box is selected.

Fail the job when unable to attach files

Select this check box if you want to have the job fail if the attached files are not availabe.

Otherwise, a warning is displayed in Status Monitor and is written into the log.
