Deployment steps
- Prepare for deployment
- Verify that your device is supported
- Verify prerequisites
- Get installer packages (AutoStore, DRS and Unified Client for Ricoh Smart Operation Panel client package)
- Install the AutoStore server
- Configure the Ricoh MFP
- Configure the device certificate on the device
- Ensure that SSL/TLS is enabled
- Verify that previous applications are cleared
- Install and Setup Device Registration Service (DRS)
- Install and upload Unified Client for Ricoh Smart Operation Panel client package into DRS
- Create and add application in DRS
- Add and configure the MFP device in DRS
- Install and register the Ricoh device using DRS in AutoStore-only deployment
- Execute final actions
- Select and run action
- Locate the auto-added device and configure it in the AutoStore Process Designer
- Create your first AutoStoreworkflow and
verify installation
- License AutoStore
- Configure Send to Folder workflow
- Verify installation
