Main configuration window

Use the options here to define the structure of how documents are stored.

Option Description
Activate Select this check box to activate this component in the workflow.

This option is only available for the Send to Folder eConnector component.

Pass Through Documents Select this check box if you want the document(s) to be available to the rest of the components in your process.

This check box is only available for the Send to Folder eConnector component.

Locations table The table in this dialog box specifies folder paths for sending documents.
  • N (number): the ordinal number for a path in the list. You can rearrange items in the list by clicking a number and dragging it up or down in the list.
  • Folder Path: the destination folder for an item in the list.
  • Rename Schema: the rename schema for an item in the list.
  • P (properties): click the browse button (...) in this column to edit properties for an item in the list.
Add Click this button to add a folder path to your workflow process.

This button opens the Configurations dialog box that allows configuring the settings applicable for a selected destination.

Remove Click this button to remove a selected folder path from the list.
