Schedule Manager dialog box

You can use the Schedule Manager to configure a recurring schedule for a task. Tasks can be created to run an ad hoc rule, create and save a report, or create and email a report.

You can access this dialog box by selecting Tools > Schedule Manager on the Output Manager Console menu bar.

Schedule list

Lists all defined schedules.

Use the check box in the Enabled column to determine if the schedule is enabled or disabled.

Add button — Creates a new schedule. You can configure the schedule on the Schedule tab and the tasks on the Tasks tab.

Modify button — Modifies the selected schedule.

Remove button — Deletes the selected schedule.

Summary

Displays a summary of the selected schedule.

Tasks

Lists the tasks that will be performed in the selected schedule.
