Problem Description Solution
The component rejects files at run time and the followinf error message appears:

Cannot create instance. Check for the COM server 'SendToIbmCm84.exe' was registered correctly.

This error message may appear in the situation, when you have installed the IBM Content Manager client application, and, without restarting the host machine, you have installed the workflow server.

To fix the issue, try to restart the host machine. If the issue is still reproduced, then you need to re-install both the client and the workflow service in the correct order as follows:

  1. Install the IBM Content Manager client application on the host machine.
  2. Restart the host machine.
  3. Install the workflow server.
