Reset escrow

Resetting escrow in Equitrac removes all escrow from the specified account(s). To reset Escrow for a user, department or billing code account, do the following:

  1. In Accounts, select Users, Departments or Billing codes in the left menu to view the list of all associated accounts.
  2. Select one or more account and click Reset escrow from the Operations drop-down list.
  3. When asked if you want to reset escrows for the selected user(s), click Reset.
The amount of pre-charged funds that were refunded back to the account.
