Create fax price lists

To create a new Fax price list, do the following:

  1. In System Configuration, select Pricing, and then select Fax from the Add Price List drop-down list.
  2. Enter a Name and Description for the price list.
  3. In the Price Settings section, do the following:
    1. Set the Base price to be used as a processing fee. Equitrac charges the base price to all fax jobs. This price is optional.
    2. Set a Default Per page and Per minute price.
    3. Click Add to create a new fax pricing rule.
    4. In the Add Price Setting dialog, enter a Prefix name. This can be an area or country code, so when the fax number dialed matches this prefix value, the rule is applied to the fax.
    5. Enter a Per page and Per minute price.
    6. Click OK to close the Add Price Setting dialog.
  4. Surcharges are optional additional charges based on specific accounts or departments, or time of day. See Setting Surcharges for more information on how surcharges affect the total job cost.
  5. Click Save.
