Link TotalAgility to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  1. On the Home page click Integration > Dynamics CRM.

    The Dynamics CRM page appears.

  2. Click Add Add for CRM Systems.

    The CRM System Configuration page appears.

  3. Continue with one of the following methods:

Retrieve all organizations from a server

  1. Click Use Discovery Service.
  2. Enter the Discovery Service URL.
  3. Enter the Username, Password and Domain.
  4. Click Retrieve Organizations.

    All organizations from the selected server appear in the Organizations List.

  5. Select the organization and click OK.

    The selected CRM organization appears on the list in the Dynamics CRM page.

  6. Select the CRM system for which to configure events.
  7. Enter the unit ID in the Parent Business Unit ID box, such as <70466C06-318E-DE11-ACBA-0003FF2B138B>.

    Note To get the unit ID, open the CRM record in the Internet Explorer and press F11.

Enter CRM organization details manually

  1. Click Enter Manually.
  2. Enter the Server Name or IP address.
  3. Enter the Port number.
  4. Click Yes for Secure to have the secure (https) connection.
  5. Go to CRM Server, copy the organization name and paste it here in the Organization box.

    The specified CRM organization appears on the list in the Dynamics CRM page.

  6. Enter the Username, Password and Domain.
  7. Click OK.
