Import work allocation rule

You can import work allocation rules between different TotalAgility installations. For example, you may need to import rules from a development server onto a production server. You can import a single rule or multiple rules. All rules are imported in XML format.
  1. On the Home page, click Process Designer > Import Work Allocation Rules.

    The Import Work Allocation Rules page appears.

  2. Click Browse to select one or more work allocation rule XML files and then click Open.
  3. Select or clear the Overwrite Existing Work Allocation Rules option, as needed.
  4. Click OK.
