Manage custom pages

You can upload custom pages from your computer to TotalAgility and then use them as any regular form. The custom page displayed at runtime is downloaded from the database and cached.

If the custom page is updated in the TotalAgility Designer, the latest version is not displayed to users until the cache is refreshed. You can set the refresh interval by specifying the Custom Page Refresh Duration in the System Settings. By default, the refresh duration is set to 120 minutes. We recommend that you set the interval considering the likelihood of custom pages being updated. In a production environment, you can set this interval to a larger value as updates are less likely.

  1. On the Home page, click Form Designer > Custom Pages.

    The Custom Pages page appears.

  2. On the Category list, select a category for your page.
  3. To upload a file from your computer, click Browse and select the file.
Note TotalAgility only supports custom pages of HTML, HTM and java script types.

The java script files used by the custom pages must be added to the store or referenced using a fully qualified URL.

  4. Optionally, enter a Description for the custom page.
  5. Click Add generic add to upload the page and list it in the table.
