Associate an Event action with a State

See Event action.

  1. On the States page, click Advanced.
  2. In the Event Action group, consume the Event. A list of fields related to the selected event appears.
  3. To use the State Event:
    1. Click Yes.

      By default, the State Event is not used.

    2. To define a state event identifier to use when raising state events, consume a process variable in the State Event Identifier box.
      Note The State event identifier identifies and records the state event.
  4. Map the process variables to the corresponding event Fields by consuming the variables in the Mapping boxes.
    Note If the required variable is not available, create a new variable. See Create process variables or Create a server variable for more information.
  5. Click Save.
