General properties of a Customer Communication control

Enables the control at runtime.
- Name
- By default, the control ID appears as the name of the control. Change the ID to make the control easier to identify during mapping.
- Tooltip
- Enter the tooltip to add supplementary information about the control.
- Visible

Allows the control to be visible at runtime.
- Security Token

Apply security tokens to make the form more secure. See Security tokens.
- Session ID

The Session ID validates and identifies the currently logged-on user. Specify the Session ID for the control by consume the required form field, form variable or a global variable, or provide an inline value.
