Import a form

  1. On the Home page, click Form Designer > Import Forms.

    The Import Forms page appears.

  2. Click Browse and select the ZIP file to import.

    Note the following:

    • To import a package, select .Pac file.
    • You cannot import very large projects using IE 9. If you are importing large projects you should use IE 10 and above. A new browser window opens to improve performance.

  3. Click Open.
    All the forms within the selected zipped folder are imported.
    Note If a form with the same name as the selected form already exists, TotalAgility prompts you to confirm whether to overwrite the existing form. Click Yes to continue or click No to keep the existing form.
  4. Optionally, import the following items along with the form:

    • Header Form

    • Navigation

    • Global Variables

    • Business Rules

    • Security Tokens

    • Security Roles

    • Role Members

    • Lookups

    • Entity Definitions

    • Scan Profiles

  5. To avoid overwriting existing .NET dlls, click No for .NET dll. (Default: Yes; this means the existing .NET dlls are overwritten with the .NET dlls of the form being imported.)
  6. If the version of the form you are importing already exists, TotalAgility displays a message and does not import the form. See Additional information on form import.
