Configure a SharePoint Delete Item activity

  1. Add a SharePoint Delete Item activity to the map. See Add an activity.
  2. On the Extended Properties page of the SharePoint Delete Item activity, click the Configuration tab.
  3. Consume the SharePoint Site to retrieve the location of the SharePoint server and the TotalAgility Web Service URL.
  4. From the Select Target list, select the target from which to delete the item. For example, under Shared Documents, select an item from the SharePoint Items list.

    • If you select a target under Libraries, you must specify the document name, relative path, and unique identifier for the selected item or folder.

    • If you select a target other than library, you must specify the item/folder name, and the unique identifier for the selected item/folder.

    Note Use a dynamic value (by consuming a variable) or a fixed value for the document name, item/folder name, relative path, and identifier.
  5. Click Save.
