Display properties of an Activity Action control
The following actions are available on an Activity Action control, depending on the state of the selected job or case. These actions are displayed by default and are configurable. If you choose not to display any action, the option to perform the action is not available at runtime.
- Take Activity

Used to take an activity.
- Complete Activity
- Used to mark an activity as complete.
- Reassign

Used to change resources assigned to the activity.
- Add Note

Used to add a note to the job this activity belongs to.
Use job notes to include information such as a date or resource name. For example, add a note to indicate that the activity cannot progress to the next stage because the resource is on leave.
- View Job

Used to show a visual representation of the job in the process viewer.
- Change Due Date

Used to change the target due date for the activity.
- Change Priority

Used to change the priority.
- Engage Supervisor
- Use to add resource supervisor (if available) as a valid resource for the activity. If the logged-on user does not have a supervisor, a message appears.
- Manage Documents
- Use to display the document set for the job.
