Open a form template

  1. On the Form Designer Explorer, click Form Template.

    A list of form templates appears.

  2. Click the icon for the form template, and click Open.

    The form template opens.

  3. Modify the form template, as needed.

    Note Any modifications to the form template, do not affect the forms where the form template is being used because once the form template is added to a form, the controls behave as individual controls and do not have any relation to the form template.

  4. Save or Release the template.
